Hello and thank you very much for dropping by our website! Welcome to Mark Kotary State Farm! Please let me share why you may want to consider doing business with me. I was born and raised in New Hartford, NY and currently reside in that same town. I am excited to be a State Farm Agent servicing my local community, as well as Oneida County and the entire State of New York! I am a high school graduate of The Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, CT, and obtained my Bachelors Degree in 1997 from Oswego State University in Business Administration and Management.

My agency will provide a variety of insurance products and services, including Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Rental Dwelling Insurance, Renters Insurance, Life Insurance and Health Insurance. Some fun facts about me, I am a huge sports fan, love to volunteer in my community, and certainly enjoy a nice round of golf! I had the unique opportunity to play for our local professional hockey organization in the late 1990's and early 2000's. I played college hockey at both the Div. I and Div. III level, and played five seasons in the minors at the professional level. After my hockey career was completed, I worked in both the Pharmaceutical and Medical Industries for almost 20 years. The products I sold and promoted to the various Physicians and Clinics throughout Upstate NY & New England was a very rewarding experience. I took a tremendous amount of pleasure and pride knowing how much these products were improving the lives of those who needed them. I will take that same passion and dedication into the Insurance Industry to always do what's right for our customers, and make sure they are always properly covered and protected for any unexpected life event.
