"Jennifer is absolutely incredible and reliable I called the office regarding a letter I received from the DMV and needed clarification on. I summarized the letter and also sent it to her via text. Not only did Jen assist with my DMV letter, she assured me it would be a priority due to the time constraints from the DMV. Jennifer delivered on her word. My issue with the DMV was completely resolved in a short time frame. Jennifer successfully and expeditiously put my concerns to rest.
